MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

After about a year of collecting samples to show you what I can do, I find there is only one practical way to make an appointment and that is by telephone. I have been driven batty by what passes for courtesy nowadays. I used to think doctors were jerks because they double and even triple-scheduled so as to fill their days. After suffering through an abysmal no-show rate without many of them giving advance notice or even an apology afterward, I now side with the doctors. You will treat me with the same courtesy that I will show you.

I am available virtually any time of day or night unless I am in a shoot or shopping. I keep crazy hours and you cannot irritate me by calling at what you think is a bad time. If I am not here there is an answering machine and you should leave a telephone # where you can be reached AND the times it is permissable for me to call you. If you have asked me to call you, please pick up the phone.

Once you know when you are available a phone call will let us speedily match our calendars so that you get an appointment that is graven in stone ONCE IT IS PREPAID. I need earnest money of at least half of the fee that you expect from looking at the fee schedule. You can do that by check, money order, Visa or Pay Pal (which you will find in the Payments tab.) The moment I find that your payment is in my hands, I will send a confirmation of your appointment to your email address which you must give me by email or snail mail. If you are coming from some distance I will also send you a map and picture of my home and studio that will get you here with no difficulties

If you find that you cannot make an appointment, I should be the first besides you to know. Since you have given me your telephone number, if something should come up on my end, you would be first to know and I expect the same courtesy. As long as you act in this decent fashion your prepayment will count against a rescheduled appointment. If you simply change your mind about an appointment and don't tell me in a timely fashion, then the prepayment is non-refundable. Fair is fair.

Now that you have talked to me and arranged for a mutually convenient time for the shoot, there is the matter of confirming it with payment of either half or all of the expected sitting fee. For A La Carte, De Luxe or Special with the payment of the whole you will be able to proceed carefree with the shoot. With the payment of half, you have guaranteed the shoot and its timing and should expect to pay the other half at that time. You may pay by snail mail but it would probably be much easier to do it with PayPal which I have always found to be convenient and trouble-free.
